Part 4 
Health, learning about my health habbits was a big game changer
. Learning to start paying attention to anything am putting in myself, in everything you do whether eating, hearing, seeing and the things we exposed ourselfs to, play a major role in our lives. Not everything we see or eat is productive to human growth and evolution, pay attention to things around you, how helpul is it adding to your well being? is the information you are recieving good for our growth? is it align with your purpose? or you are just doing it because everyone is doing so? are you taking resposibility about the things around your life?

Just like it is, gabbage in gabbege out, chose quality of things we put in our life, eat healthly , exercise, hydrate more, receieve more sun light, and be grateful.👏

sometimes its not the society which has a problem, its us. we let the society create or own self image, its like choosing an avater when playing a game. we always choose a strong character, its just the same with real life, always create an identity which suits yourself, which brings up the real you, the one which you feel confortable with. Build yourself a strong confident character for yoursel, if it requires you to build muscles? do that, if it requires to behave a certain way which suit the person you want , do it. building a strong character for yourself is a game changer.
